What Beedy is
Beedy builds the tools for the whole life of a plant: design it, train your operators on it, and run it with an AI operator assistant beside your crew.
Beedy (Beedy Technologies Inc.) builds software for industrial plants, starting with water and wastewater treatment. The tools were designed by people who have run plants, and they are meant for the people who are accountable for them: plant directors, process engineers, operations managers, and the operators themselves.
One sentence, four doors
Everything Beedy makes fits behind one of four doors. Each door is a product you can open today. See The four doors for which one fits your need.
| Door | Product | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Design | Beedy Engineer | Size a wastewater plant or a settling pond at the scoping stage |
| Train | Beedy Simulator | Train operators on a plant they are allowed to break |
| Operate | Beedy Plant Management Suite | Run a plant day to day: troubleshooting, process safety, reports, shift log, with OTIS in every module |
| Plan | Polaris | Plan crew rotations for remote sites |
OTIS
OTIS is Beedy's AI operator assistant. He is inside every module of the Suite, and he is the guide on this website. On a real plant, OTIS advises and people decide: he never changes a setpoint, approves, signs or certifies anything. See What OTIS does, and what he won't.
The live plant
The Suite runs a demonstration membrane bioreactor plant on our server around the clock. Upsets happen on their own, and every module reads from that plant. You can open it now, without an account: see A five-minute tour of the live plant.
What Beedy does not do
- Beedy tools do not control a real plant. OTIS advises; your control system, your interlocks and your people stay in charge.
- Beedy Engineer is a scoping tool, not a permit-ready design of record.
- The help center, and OTIS, do not quote prices, delivery dates or performance guarantees. A person does that: talk to us.
