Daily operations, permit compliance, incident and management KPI reports, under the regulatory profile of your plant, issued as numbered signed records.

Report types
- Daily operations: what the plant did in a plant day.
- Permit compliance: each permit parameter against its limit, over its averaging period, with the sampling schedule and what is missing.
- Incident: built from a process safety investigation.
- Management KPIs: energy per cubic metre against a membrane bioreactor benchmark, availability, process safety indicators.
Regulatory profiles
Pick the profile that matches your permit: Québec ROMAEU very small MBR (RBM-2), Canada WSER, United States NPDES secondary treatment, EU Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive, or Custom permit (the default) for any jurisdiction, with up to 20 rows you edit yourself. Units are metric or US customary.
Issuing
Issue and sign freezes the report as a numbered record (RPT-0001…) that never changes. Compliance reports can be signed only by the plant manager, the HSE coordinator or a process engineer; other reports by any role. Print / save PDF gives you a paper copy.
Lab results
On the demonstration plant, lab samples are simulated 24-hour composites, and labelled as such. You can enter real lab results to replace them.
Periods
On the demonstration plant, a day is 24 plant hours, a week seven plant days, a month 30 and a quarter 90.
